鳒鱼洲工业岛MIX剧场
“工业改造”近年忽然摇身一变成为流行词汇。许多废旧厂房资源吸引了资本，进而产生了大批工业改造的项目，这个变化带来了积极效果，使普通民众开始对生活方式，审美意识产生了改变，这种变化显而易见；但有人也怀疑，这种趋势一纵即逝，最终会沦为时尚潮流的陈词滥调。
厂房本来就是容纳生产的空间，本身足够灵活。我们在这个设计中采取的态度很直接，不对原有结构做大幅改动，而是简单清理和修复，仅在原有厂房在南侧，完全朝外部打开的界面新增一个半开散的“院子”，相当于做了一个“完形”动作。我们对剧场的空间所需的尺度进行了研究，这个简单的“完形”，不仅对原有的空间起到了扩展，同时也展开了多种活动的可能，如排练，论坛，展览等。
其中两种特殊的模式值得一提：
1.举行大型露天音乐会的场景：活动门打开，院子可以搭建舞台临时构件，建筑转换成舞台，城市转换成观众厅。大尺度的舞台建构活动也可视作一种城市尺度行为艺术。
2.室内超级剧场场景：所有外部活动门关闭，内部活动门打开，室内转变成一个2500平方米的内部环境。适应多种新形式的活动。
在我们的想象中，这里不仅仅是一座剧场，而是多个剧场，多元复合的活动在此发生，人群和价值观在此交汇。
我们把这里称为“MIX剧场。”

"Industrial renovation" has recently become a buzzword. Many abandoned factories have attracted capital, generating numerous projects. This shift has brought visible changes in lifestyle and aesthetic awareness among ordinary people. Yet some suspect this trend may be fleeting, ultimately fading into cliché.
Factories were built for production—flexible spaces by nature. Our approach is direct: we leave the existing structure largely untouched, simply cleaning and repairing. The only addition is a semi-open "courtyard" on the south facade—a gestalt completion. Research into theater spatial requirements showed this simple move not only extends the original space but enables diverse activities: rehearsals, forums, exhibitions.
Two special modes stand out:
1. Large-scale open-air concerts: with doors open, the courtyard accommodates temporary stage structures. The building becomes the stage; the city becomes the auditorium. The construction itself reads as urban-scale performance art.
2. Indoor super-theater: with external doors closed and internal doors opened, the interior transforms into a 2,500 sqm enclosed space, adaptable for new event formats.
We imagine not a single theater, but multiple theaters—hybrid, overlapping activities where diverse people and values converge.
We call it: MIX Theater.
