蛇口影剧院位于蛇口老街。在紧凑的用地之中，需要容纳观演、教育、序厅、体验四个组团。
我们采用了水平与垂直结合的策略：水平向“平台”承载社区与教育功能，垂直向“乐盒”容纳观演与舞台功能，两者上下叠合，激发城市价值。水平向的平台与垂直向的乐盒相互叠加，构成了一个清晰的空间架构：平台承载日常与社区，方盒凝聚仪式与表演。二者在交界处彼此渗透，使教育、体验、序厅与观演既保持独立的运营秩序，又能在流线与视线层面形成有机的连续。
平台：景观平台弥合了场地高差， 又继续向北延伸，与住宅整合、双地块联动。它提供了超过4000平方的绿地和广场，是一个超尺度的社区公园。平台下方，是一副展开的画卷，连续的灰空间，层层的庭院，创造了一个纵横交错，疏松多孔的南方街巷。
乐盒：面向城市的曲线，象征着传统戏剧大幕拉开，或弦乐乐器的轮廓。沿街东西向的广场空间被完全打通。在公共性最强的街角，空间继续向上延伸。立面与观众厅两片弧墙，夹合出了一个通高的楔形空间。24小时开放的城市空间——“都市长厅”，这里是人流，街道生活，以及艺术家们的秀场，在倾泄而下的光线中，正无时不刻上演着一场城市的演出。

Shekou Theater

Shenzhen Shekou Theater sits on Shekou Old Street, with four clusters: performance, education, vestibule, and experience.
We adopt horizontal-and-vertical integration. A horizontal "platform" houses community and education; a vertical "music box" contains performance and stage. Stacked together, they unlock urban value. At their interface, the four clusters maintain operational independence while achieving organic continuity in circulation and sightlines.
The landscape platform mediates site level changes and extends northward to link the adjacent compound, providing over 4,000 sqm of green plaza—a community park. Beneath it, Southern Chinese alleyways unfold: semi-outdoor spaces and layered courtyards form an interlaced network.
The music box's curved facade evokes a theatrical curtain. The east-west plaza opens through. At the most public corner, two arced walls pinch a full-height wedge: the "Urban Long Hall," a 24-hour public room. Here, pedestrian flows, street life, and performances converge; an urban spectacle unfolds in cascading light.
The design earned second prize in an international competition.
