方案采用“三边放射”形态，三条体量朝不同方向延伸，分别呼应城市、景观与社区。建筑的多向性呈现出包容姿态，建立起与外部环境的微妙平衡。
设计受韩国传统民间建筑启发——“韩屋”以自然与人共存为原则，极富生活气息。我们希望营造被自然环绕的意向：将东侧绿轴引入并延伸至南侧，场地覆盖以森林与水体。进入场地时，人不能立刻察觉建筑的存在，穿越树林后，建筑才缓缓出现，如一座韩屋安静隐藏于林中。
三片不同形状的屋顶单元拼接成一个整体，中间升高、外围降低，营造平缓天际线。建筑中部贯通一个半开敞空间，水平连接三个庭院，垂直连通中庭。既是图书馆入口，也为居民提供往来“捷径”——它也是一个“房子中的房子”，其轮廓提供着传统韩国民居的意向。
室内空间被视作“知识的景观”。阅览室以阶梯形式形成连续平台，从首层延伸至屋顶。人进入后便开始自由徜徉——可专心学习，可窗边发呆，可与他人交流，也可走上屋顶观海。
当代知识空间不应预设人的活动，每个人都可以选择自己舒服的位置与状态，在自主选择中获得知识、产生知识。

A "three-directional" form extends three volumes outward, responding to city, landscape, and community respectively. This multi-directional gesture establishes a subtle balance with the external environment.
Inspired by traditional Korean hanok—where nature and human coexistence define the living spirit—we introduce forest and water across the site, extending the eastern green axis southward. Entering, one cannot immediately perceive the building; it appears only after passing through trees, like a hanok quietly hidden in the woods.
Three roof units of varying shapes form a unified whole—higher at the center, lower at the edges, creating a gentle skyline. A semi-open space cuts through the middle, horizontally linking three courtyards and vertically connecting atriums. It serves as both library entrance and a public passage—a "house within a house," evoking traditional Korean domesticity.
The interior is conceived as a "landscape of knowledge." Reading rooms become continuous terraces from ground to roof. Visitors wander freely—studying, gazing outward, conversing, or ascending to the sea-view roof.
Contemporary knowledge spaces should not prescribe activities. Everyone chooses their own place and state, acquiring knowledge through autonomy.
