场地临近历史悠久的小布村，周边是珠三角典型的桑基鱼塘与散落村落。随着城市发展，这里将被高密度住宅与商业区包围。
我们想起村民聚在村口榕树下的场景。我们尝试创造一个“榕树下的村落校园”：让校园成为未来的村落，让学生、老师乃至城市居民如村民一般，欢聚在一片榕树下。
设计从四个策略展开：
其一，与村共生的聚落校园：运动场置于北侧缓冲主干道影响，校舍集约于南侧，空间网格旋转规避高层压迫并获东南朝向，建筑体量“碎化”向景观跌落，在城市与村落间建立过渡。
其二，延续记忆的自然校园：保留茂密榕树林与蜿蜒河涌，校舍进一步退让，与榕树保护带及水体拉开近30米距离，榕树悉数保留，水体微调后编织进院落肌理，建筑与景观交织共生。
其三，居学合一的成长校园：36班规模，低中高三个年级各自独立成组，由南至北展开。共享平台上布置教学组团，下层教室、上层午休室，学习与生活整合一体，实现“居学合一，适龄教育”。
其四，社区共享的开放校园：沿西侧曲折边界植入公共步道，串联礼堂、图书馆、体育馆等空间，将封闭边界转化为城市交互界面。周边居民可从校前广场大榕树出发，沿保留水体在榕树冠下前行，步移景异，学校不再是封闭孤岛。

We envision a "campus as village"—where students, teachers, and residents gather under one banyan tree, just as villagers do at the village entrance.
Four strategies:
First, symbiosis with the village: sports fields buffer north traffic; school buildings cluster south, rotated for southeast orientation and reduced high-rise pressure; volumes fragment and cascade toward the landscape, transitioning city to village.
Second, preserving memory: dense banyan groves and winding waterways are retained. Buildings withdraw nearly 30 meters from the banyan zone and water bodies. All banyans remain; waterways are woven into the courtyard fabric.
Third, integrating living and learning: 36 classes grouped by three grade levels, south to north. Teaching clusters sit on shared platforms—classrooms below, rest areas above.
Fourth, sharing with community: a public path along the western edge connects auditorium, library, and gym, transforming the closed boundary into an urban interface. Residents can walk from the old banyan at the front plaza along preserved waterways—the school is no longer an isolated island.
All of this begins under that banyan tree at the village entrance.
